I agree with Nicole: If you deal with the public, you must be a saint. (I'd probably turn into an axe murderer).

I work in a hospital, as a nurse, EVERYONE was mean and grumpy and evil! Long time lurker...love your blog...Retail sucks, though! You are a saint.
